Report on admission to Basic Medical Residencies 2023

This report includes some of the central points of the competition process and allocation of positions 2023 in the framework of the Unified Competition (CU), placing emphasis in basic medical residences and in the situation of province of Buenos Aires (PBA). The analysis presented is based on the nominal list of awards provided by the province of Buenos Aires, which also incorporates data of the national authorities and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA). The indicators analyzed were the country of birth, training institution, sex, profession and number of times they awarded positions, and the evolution of offer of charges and coverage for residents during the years 2022 and 2023.
