The Salud publica Journal follows the principles of the international movementOpen Access established in Budapest (BOAI, 2002), Berlin (2003) and Bethesda (2003). Therefore, the publications in this Journal meet the following conditions:
Guarantee the free, irrevocable, and global right to access information, as well as to copy, use, distribute, transmit, display, and make printed copies for personal use; create adaptations and derivatives, and distribute them accordingly, with the rightful acknowledgment of authorship.- Access a complete version of the document and its supplementary materials, with indication of permission for its use in a standard electronic format, and its deposit in an appropriate digital repository backed by an academic institution, government, society, or organization that adheres to open access standards, and unrestricted distribution and interoperability mechanisms.
